*Bước 1:* Truy cập menu **\[ Hệ thống ] > \[ Cài đặt ] > \[ Tổng đài ]**<br>

Bước 2: đăng nhập vào OmiCall.com để lấy các thông số *(3) Api key (4) Domain (5) Số nội bộ (6) Mật khẩu*&#x20;

*Bước 3:* Quay lại phần thiết lập của SlimCRM và nhập các thông số bạn vừa lấy được từ OmiCall *(3) Api key (4) Domain (5) Số nội bộ (6) Mật khẩu*  sau đó bấm nút **\[ Lưu cài đặt ]**
